From the first call to Lisa’s office to the day we accepted an offer and went under contract, in less than 21 days. Lisa and her team (Leslie) are simply amazing at what they do. Lisa came to our first meeting very prepared with several comparable homes nearby AND a final estimate on what we would walk away with at certain price points after all closing and mortgage costs. This was a huge bonus in helping us clearly see what closing costs and fees look like, and what we would be taking away from the sale of our home. We initially saw the price Lisa recommended listing out house for and got a little disheartened BUT Lisa took the time to explain to us the importance of pricing and the market in our area. I CANNOT Stress enough how TRUE this was and what an impact it had on the fast sale of our home. Not only did we list at what Lisa recommended, but we walked away WELL OVER the list price. Our home went on the market at 9 am on a Tuesday and we had several scheduled showings by the end of the first day. The following day we received over 14 showing requests and had a total of 9 offers within 36 hours of our house being listed, all of which were above list price. Lisa worked with us into the late hours of the evening on all the offers, breaking them down and explaining the contingencies and requests of the buyers (i.e. closing cost requested by buyers and inspection). We inevitably accepted an offer and went under contract on the second day our home was listed. This was a huge benefit, as we have 3 small children and would have had a challenge if our home stayed on the market for even a week. Lisa then walked us through the inspection process and the requests for repairs without any issues. This helped us get settled in our new residence with time to spare. Although we are waiting to buy again for a few months, you can GUARANTEE we will be using Lisa to find us our next home, without a doubt! We cannot say enough about how amazing Lisa was through the process of selling our home!
