| FEATURED BEVERAGE: Wisconsin Bloody Mary  Celebrate dad this month with a Wisconsin Bloody Mary. What makes this classic beverage more “Wisconsin” are the garnishes. This recipe stays pretty safe with a meat stick, cheese curd, celery stick, pickle spear, and olive, but we’ve seen some in the area that could feed a family of four! The bacon vodka is really what drew me to this one: INGREDIENTS: 2 oz Bacon Vodka Bloody Mary Mix 3 dashes Worcestershire Sauce 1 Celery Stick 1 Meat Stick 1 Cheddar Cheese Curd 1 Pickle Spear 1 Green Olive 1 tbsp Tajín INSTRUCTIONS: Pour tajín onto a plate, rub outer rim of glass with lime rind, and roll glass in tajín until coated. Add bacon vodka, Worcestershire sauce, and ice to a highball glass. Top with Bloody Mary mix. Stir gently for 5-10 seconds.
